Flourish Education are working with a supportive primary school who are looking to recruit for an SEN Teaching assistant work in their resource Base. Were looking for someone resilient to work with a mix of KS1 and KS2 children with SEMH needs that have challenging behaviour. This role would be working within small groups and with a supportive staff team.

The candidate needs to have experience working with SEMH and be proactive with the children to keep them engaged. This role would on a full-time basis Monday to Friday 8:30 – 3:30

The role is starting ASAP and would be a full time position on an ongoing basis

• Have a level 2 or level 3 teaching qualification or higher
• Strong references from a recent employer
• DBS on the update service
• Previous experience teaching SEMH Children
• Commitment to the role
