Flourish Education are currently looking for an early years qualified Nursery practitioner to work in a “Good” nursery school until the end of the academic year. This Nursery practitioner would be required to work the hours of 8:30-3:30 and the right candidate would be working in Their SEN Provision.

 

Flourish Education has worked with this school for a long time and has built up a good reputation with them always having positive feedback from candidates I have placed previously. The school is very supportive and for consistency, purposes would need the same Nursery practitioner full-time.

 

This role would be starting ASAP and has the potential to carry on until the end of the term

 

Responsibilities of this nursery practitioner are:

  • Ensuring safety of all children
  • Assisting teacher and communicating efficiently
  • Build relationships with the pupils and staff
  • Follow school policy regarding behaviour management systems
  • Full-time position – Monday to Friday 8:30-3:30

 

Skills and experience required for this Nursery practitioner role

  • Early years qualification (level 2 or level 3)
  • Experience working in EYFS
  • Experience working with ASD and SEN needs
  • Taking part and being present in staff meetings
  • To work in partnership with the classroom teacher
  • To effectively manage the behaviour of pupils
