Flourish Education are looking to recruit enthusiastic Newly Qualified and Trainee Teachers across Walsall area who are seeking to begin or complete the Early Career Framework from September 2022.

We will help you kick start your career by joining our ECT Pool. This will give you exclusive access to a variety of teaching roles in local schools. Flourish Education has longstanding relationships with a range of schools across the Walsall and the surrounding areas.

If you are still studying and waiting for your QTS to be awarded, Flourish Education can offer you work as a Teaching Assistant which will allow you to gain further classroom experience in a variety of different schools in the local area.

Responsibilities

• Have experience teaching in a primary school setting
• University and placement references
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A passion for working with Children.
• Be Flexible and adaptable
• Open to working in a range of different schools in the local area.
• Be a confident person with a warm and friendly approach.
• Able to apply behaviour policies effectively.
