Flourish Education is working with a primary school in South Birmingham who are looking for a SEN teaching assistant to start immediately. Our client is a 3-form entry school with an OFSTED rating of good. They are a part of a multi academy trust and strive to achieve the best.

The school are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant that is able to support across Early Years and Year 1.  There will be a focus on providing Speech and Language Interventions in small groups and one to one.

This Teaching Assistant position is a full-time role and is expected to continue till the end of the academic year.

To apply to this Teaching Assistant role, you will need the following:

·         Minimum Level 2 Qualification

·         Current DBS on the update service

·         Experience working within primary schools

·         Good behaviour management skills

·         SEND and Speech and Language Experience

Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

·         Deliver EYFS Framework

·         Provide Speech and Language Interventions

·         Supporting children in small groups and one to one
