Flourish Education is working with a Primary School within the Balsall Heath area who are looking to recruit a part time SEN Teaching Assistant to start immediately. Our client is part of a wider multi academy trust and has an OFSTED rating of good

The school is seeking a Teaching Assistant that is able to support and work with a child in Year 1 on a one-to-one basis 3 days a week. The child responds well with someone that is energetic as they are very active and enjoy being outside.

This Teaching Assistant position is a part time role and is expected to continue until the end of the academic year.

To apply to the Teaching Assistant, you will need the following:

·         Minimum Level 2 Qualification

·         SEN experience

·         Current DBS and on the update service

·         Experience within primary schools

·         Good behaviour skills

·         Energetic and very active

Responsibilities of Teaching Assistants:

·         Work closely with the teacher in the class

·         Work closely with the child on a one-to-one basis

·         Being able to be active with running and climbing
