Flourish Education is currently working
exclusively with a primary school near Harborne that are looking for a 1:1
Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team after October Half Term. Our client
is part of a multi academy trust and has an OFTSED rating of good.
The school is seeking to recruit a Teaching
Assistant who is able to work with a child in Reception on a one-to-one basis
while working closely with the class teacher. The child has Autism and the
ideal candidate will have experience of working with children with similar
needs and must adopt a calm and positive approach.
This full time Teaching Assistant role has
become available due the school securing additional funding is to start ASAP
and is to continue until the end of the academic year.

will need the following:

Minimum
relevant Level 2 Qualification

Experience
within primary schools
·
To
be nurturing and enthusiastic
·
SEN
Experience
·
Current
DBS on the update service
·
Good
behaviour management skills
Responsibilities of a Teaching
Assistant:
