Flourish Education are currently working with a medium sized “good” Ofsted graded primary and nursery school located in the Willenhall area.

The school is seeking to appoint a dedicated NQT who is a hard-working team player to join their teaching team as a year 2 teacher. This role is to start September 2018 on a full time temp to perm basis.

The head teacher has instilled high expectations within the workforce and there is a strong culture of learning at the school.

The staff team has considerable enthusiasm and passion. As a result of effective leadership and teaching, the proportion of children achieving a good level of development has risen for the past three years.

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Experience within Key Stage 1 is essential
• To be committed to long term work

• To plan, prepare and deliver inspiring lessons
• To assess and mark all work
• Maintain high levels of behaviour and classroom management in accordance with the school’s behaviour policy
