Flourish Education have partnered with a larger than average Primary School  based in the Cannock area in their search for a Year 3 Class Teacher to join their KS2 team. The role is to cover a Maternity stint and is due to begin May and last until the end of the academic year.

                                                 

The two form entry school is looking to rapidly improve standards; the proportion of children with the statement of SEN is average, as well as the number of children eligible for pupil premium.

 

 

To apply to this role you will need the following:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Prior experience as a KS2 Class Teacher
  • Good understanding of the KS2 Curriculum
  • Last two years of work references, one of which MUST be a teaching reference

 

Responsibilities

As a KS2 Class Teacher you will be expected to:

  • Plan and deliver lessons meeting the national curriculum, however planning will be shared with another teacher
  • Have a good understanding of the KS2 curriculum
  • Ensure pupils have a thorough understanding during teaching to ensure that learning is successful
  • Good behaviour management
