Flourish Education are working with an average sized Primary School in Kidderminster. The school is situated near the town centre and is one form entry. The school was placed into special measures last year and is working to progress back to its previous grading of ‘Good’.

Flourish Education are recruiting for a Key Stage 2 teacher to join the school on a long-term basis. The role is to teach the Year 3 class on a full-time basis, including planning and marking. The role is looking to start after February half term and continue through the summer term.

Responsibilities 
. To plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons to a Year 3 Class. 
. To work in partnership with a Teaching Assistant 
. To effectively manage the behaviour of pupils
