Education is currently recruiting for a KS2 Teacher to work in year 5 in a
“Good” larger than average Walsall Primary School.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and passionate teacher,
to work in Year 5. You will join a team of highly motivated, creative teachers
and leaders - “The
behaviour of pupils is good. Pupils are polite and courteous towards adults and
each other”
This
is a full time position, starting February 2018 and is likely to last for the
rest of the academic year.
This
is a full time position, so to ensure that you are able to teach effectively
your planning of lessons will be split equally with another class teacher. You
will be surrounded by a experienced and encouraging senior leadership team.
To be considered for this role you must possess
Qualified Teacher Status, team teach desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities
As a Key Stage 2 teacher
you will be expected to:
- Up to date KS2 curriculum knowledge
- Plan and deliver exciting and
engaging lessons to meet the National Curriculum standards
- Create an inclusive learning
environment, differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all the children
in the class.
- Manage behaviour effectively in
line with the school behaviour policy
- Utilise your class teaching
assistant effectively to ensure all children make progress
